Our Custom Mask

We can make a mask that exactly fits your face.  We have streamlined our CNC process to take your raw 3d model and convert it into a tool path that allows us to create a perfectly conforming mask. This process adds a little bit of processing time depending on how busy production is, however in an idea situation we can turn out a custom mold for you in less than 2 hours and have the mask ready in a day.

We have found the Bellus3d FaceApp with the full 3d head model to work well. And you can email the resulting model to us.
